Sales Admin/Coordinator

About the role

This role involves supporting sales operations and customer service functions across order processing, customer support, data management, and administrative coordination. You will work across multiple departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team with both operational and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure order fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments
• Liaise between the sales team and other internal departments
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status, delivery, and other relevant information

About you

• Ability to use and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Ability to ensure that all sales-related activities comply with company policies and regulations
