Sales Administration Assistant

Brisbane Isuzu, Archerfield is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to support our great sales team as a Sales Administration Assistant.

To be successful, you will be:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills – we will train you on our internal software and systems
• Superior customer focus with both internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to recognise, analyse and resolve problems
• Confidence to hold conversations with customers as support to the Sales Team

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Supporting the Fleet and Government Sales Department in all administrative aspects of the business to ensure quality, care and attention is maintained
• Assist customers between the initial sale and the final vehicle hand over and co-ordinate delivery processes according to customer requirements
• Assist with producing quotes, contracts, invoices, registration paperwork, vehicle checks and build schedules
• Assist with inbound and outbound communications with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers
• Assist with final vehicle inspection by using a checklist to ensure vehicle is built as requested

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) based in our office at Archerfield.
