- Melakukan update dan maintenance data menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets
- Memastikan dokumen dan data merchant lengkap serta akurat
- Membantu administrasi program promo, Ads, dan kegiatan sales lainnya
- Melakukan follow up terhadap task, deadline, dan dokumen yang masih outstanding
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, dan stakeholder terkait
