Sales Administrator (Building Materials)

Bun Kee (International) Limited is a subsidiary of China Pipe Group Limited (HKEX: 0380.HK), which is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We are a well-established company trading a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings in Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round admin support to the sales team
• Work closely with the Sales team and handle regular sales orders accurately and on time, coordinate logistics for deliveries, and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure smooth sales workflows
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and well-organized
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
