Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
• Prepare sales reports, documents, quotations, and other sales-related materials
• Encode and maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Monitor sales orders, invoices, and related documents
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other departments
• Assist in monitoring sales targets, transactions, and performance
• Respond to customer and sales team inquiries when needed
• Maintain organized and updated sales files and records
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• With experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and work 6 days a week
