Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in resolving administrative issues and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Handle sales order processing and ensure orders are entered accurately in the system.
• Prepare and issue invoices, and related sales documents for customers.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide product or order-related information.
• Handle walk-in customers, assist with product inquiries, and process purchases when required.
• Manage Shopee platform operations, including processing online orders and responding to customer inquiries.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock take when required.
• Maintain proper documentation, record keeping, and filing system.
• Handle and respond to online inquiries from customers.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level

• Able to work for weekends with alternative leave on weekdays

• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Knowledge in SQL is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
