Sales Administrator

Requirements

• University graduate in any disciplines
• 2 years order processing experience with customers and vendors
• Previous experience in preparing sales and delivery documents
• Background from trading business would be a great advantage
• Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration support and prepare sales documents
• Coordinate with internal parties and customers on sales order processing
• Maintain the order schedules and update the price information in SAP
• Assist in tracking the order status with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
