Sales Administrator

About the role

LJ Hooker Rockhampton is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide hands-on administration, contract and marketing support across our Sales Department. This is a varied and important role within our team, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing Form 6 Listing Agreements, reappointments and sales documentation
• Processing appraisals and new property listings
• Maintaining accurate property, client and compliance records
• Preparing documentation for tenanted properties being sold
• Coordinating Seller Disclosure documentation
• Preparing contracts and coordinating electronic signing
• Monitoring contracts, conditions, deposits and key settlement dates
• Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other parties
• Coordinating property marketing
• Ordering brochures, signboards and other marketing collateral

About you

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence with technology and learning new systems
• Initiative and the ability to think ahead
• A positive, professional and team-focused approach
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
• Previous real estate, sales administration, conveyancing or general administration experience will be highly regarded; however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
