Our customers include well-known global leaders such as Kenworth, Cummins and many others. We work on a diverse range of projects across sectors such as mining, transport, rail, power generation, and oil & gas.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit, supportive team on a permanent full-time basis, although we are open to considering part-time arrangements for the right candidate. This hands-on role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the business long-term, supporting our sales and marketing activities while coordinating a range of customer, administrative, and business development functions.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, can manage multiple priorities, and wants to make a genuine impact in a growing business, while becoming a valued member of a team that supports each other and celebrates success together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage sales enquiries, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional and helpful responses.
  • Prepare customer quotations, pricing and price lists, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company requirements.
  • Process and administer customer purchase orders, ensuring information is accurately recorded and communicated internally.
  • Liaise with customers regarding pricing, delivery timeframes, purchase order enquiries and general sales requirements, building strong and professional customer relationships.
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination with the Operations team to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, priorities are aligned, and customer outcomes are achieved efficiently.
  • Assist with travel planning and administration, including coordinating arrangements and supporting business travel requirements.
  • Support a range of sales and marketing activities, including promotions, website updates, marketing campaigns and the development of marketing materials.
  • Providing coverage and administrative support to other team members as required.
  • Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document control, and record management.
  • Help keep the office vibe upbeat – support a positive, collaborative team environment where everyone enjoys working together.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination, sales support, marketing or similar administrative role.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
  • Digital marketing experience would be highly valued.
  • Experience with marketing software, CRM systems or digital marketing platforms will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Confident communicator with a mature, professional approach.
  • Flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the business when required.

Why Join Us

  • Permanent full-time role in a fast-growing, innovative company at the forefront of industrial heat transfer solutions.
  • Join a supportive and collaborative team that values your contribution.
  • Gain variety and responsibility in daily tasks, making a tangible impact across the business.
  • Opportunity to broaden your skills across sales, marketing and operational processes.
  • Work with high-profile global clients and on diverse, challenging projects.
