Sales Administrator

About the role

Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, you will keep our hire and transport customer accounts accurate and up to date. You will look after COD customers and support our account managers with quotes, contracts and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Take payments from COD customers and raise proforma invoices and invoices, including for hire extensions
• Help COD customers move to 30-day accounts
• Follow up customer payments daily and weekly, and work with Accounts and Sales to chase overdue payments
• Help account managers resolve invoice disputes and credits
• Support on-road account managers with quotes and turning quotes into contracts
• Generate leads using tools like BCI and Felix, and report on them weekly and monthly

About you

• Administration experience in an equipment hire business
• Strong customer service skills
• Good computer skills, especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organised, with good time management
• Clear communicator who works well with others
• Enjoys a busy, fast-paced workplace
