We are a dynamic and growing fitting-out contractor specializing in delivering high-quality interior construction and renovation projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of quotations/ tender documents and invoices, purchase orders, handle enquiry etc.

• Coordinate marketing and administrative tasks such as organizing samples submission, brochures, and courier arrangements.

• Handling payments from customers, which might involve receiving and processing customer cheques.

• Maintain and update project files and records, ensuring all documentation (e.g., contracts, drawings, purchase orders) is well-organized and accessible.

• Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, follow up purchase order and generating regular reports as needed.
  Requirements

• Diploma or above.

• 3 years or above relevant working experience.

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Word/ Excel/Powerpoint in particular).

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• A team player with a positive attitude and willing to learn.

• Attention to details, able to work independently.
