You will support the daily operations of the business, with primary responsibility for invoicing, accounts receivable, and general office administration. The role will also develop broader administrative capability

through cross-training to provide additional support across the business, including reception and scheduling functions when required.

You’ll be handling invoicing & accounts receivable, sending out about 40 invoices a day and calling to collect around 20 payments a day. You’ll also help out in other areas of the business related to accounts, general office admin and scheduling especially if your colleague is away.
