- Preparing quotation & follow up customer all quoted enquiries
- Process sales order and update stock record
- Preparing all sales analysis report
- researching of projects listing from BCI Asia and update project reference listing
- Maintain & update sales and customer records
- Liaising and assisting Design/Costing personnel for new products cost and/or new updating cost sheet
- Servicing of company customer whenever required
- attending to others administrative, general correspondence and filling
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
