Own the details. Help a growing sales team thrive.
Do you get satisfaction from bringing order to a busy day, catching the detail everyone else missed, and making a team’s work easier? At Savance, those strengths can make a visible difference. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Administrator who takes pride in accurate work, follows through, and sees opportunities to make things run better.
You’ll own the day-to-day coordination, records, and internal processes that keep our sales team moving. From clean CRM data and organized documents to partner follow-ups and event logistics, your work will give teammates more time to build relationships and win business. This is an opportunity to contribute now and build valuable skills in sales operations, technology, and business coordination.
WHY BUILD YOUR CAREER AT SAVANCE?
A small team where you matter. Get to know people across the company, see the impact of your work, and be part of a team that helps each other and celebrates shared wins. We value a positive attitude, honest communication, and people who care about doing good work together.
Ownership and a voice. Work closely with sales and leadership, bring ideas forward, and help put them into practice without layers of red tape. You’ll have responsibility for your work and room to improve the systems behind it.
Skills and room to grow. Gain experience with CRM systems, sales workflows, partner coordination, reporting, and cross-functional projects. As you build expertise and deliver results, there may be opportunities to take on broader sales operations or business operations responsibilities, based on company needs.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Savance’s technology helps organizations manage workplace safety, security, and operations. You’ll work alongside sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to keep information accurate, commitments visible, and internal tasks moving. We’re looking for someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative, and stays accountable through completion.
ABOUT SAVANCE
Savance is a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and demanding environment; and also a fun and rewarding place to work. We thrive as a team and are always looking for the people who are the right fit and have the right attitude to bring even greater success and camaraderie to the table. To excel at Savance, you must love to be challenged, seek out opportunities to develop your skills, be confident yet humble, and be able to learn from your mistakes. We thrive working alongside smart, independent, and self-motivated people who get along well with others. If you have a can-do attitude and seek a challenging, rewarding position with a great team, Savance is the place for you!
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Sales process coordination: Keep internal sales tasks, deadlines, and documentation organized. Follow up on open items, clarify next steps, and flag anything that could delay progress.
CRM accuracy and reporting: Maintain HubSpot records, identify duplicate or incomplete data, and help keep reports and dashboards accurate and useful for leadership.
Quotes and sales documentation: Prepare and coordinate quotes with the sales team, verify pricing and details, send approved quotes, and track revisions and follow-ups. Keep templates and sales documents current and organized.
Payment follow-through: Track and process payments, assist with collections, and keep related records current. Coordinate with the appropriate teammates to resolve discrepancies or overdue items.
Lead generation and follow-up: Research prospects, build targeted contact lists, and support outreach campaigns with sales and marketing. Follow up on inquiries, event leads, and outstanding quotes; schedule meetings for the sales team and record next steps in HubSpot.
Partner coordination and team communication: Contact existing partners to arrange follow-up meetings. Keep sales, marketing, and customer success aligned on documentation, commitments, and next steps.
Sales enablement and events: Work with marketing to keep sales materials current and accessible. Support event preparation, including travel, lodging, promotional materials, and related logistics.
Process improvement: Spot recurring gaps, improve checklists and workflows, and maintain clear documentation that helps the team work consistently as Savance grows.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
Strong attention to detail: You check names, numbers, dates, links, and documents before sharing them, and use systems to prevent repeat mistakes.
Organization and reliable follow-through: You prioritize requests from multiple teammates, track commitments, and communicate early when priorities conflict or deadlines are at risk.
Clear communication and sound judgment: You write professional emails, coordinate respectfully, and handle customer, partner, and financial information with care.
Initiative and coachability: You work independently, research solutions, ask thoughtful questions, and use direct feedback to improve your work.
Technology confidence: You’re comfortable working in a CRM, organizing digital files, and learning new tools and workflows.
EXPERIENCE & WORK EXPECTATIONS
One to three years of experience in sales administration, sales support, coordination, or operations is preferred. Experience with a CRM is valuable; HubSpot experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, quoting, and scheduling tools will help you get started.
SaaS, B2B, channel sales, physical security, access control, or workplace technology experience is a plus. You should be curious about our products and comfortable learning the terminology needed to support the team.
This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel for events, customer visits, or training, and flexibility for scheduled meetings across time zones. Success requires dependable communication and the ability to manage your work independently.
