Sales Administrator

About the role

This role supports the sales administration and operations team by managing quotations, customer documentation, and sales administration processes. You will coordinate with internal teams on sales processes and customer needs, ensuring all administrative work follows company SOPs and maintaining accuracy across all data and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create quotations carefully and accurately according to customer requirements
• Support sales team administration and operations
• Manage quotation documents, customer data, and sales administration
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales processes and customer needs
• Ensure administrative processes comply with company SOPs
• Input and process data through ERP/SAP systems
• Provide product knowledge support to customers and internal teams
• Handle email communications and direct coordination with customers
• Maintain accuracy and precision of data in all work

About you

• Minimum D3 education (all majors)
• Experience as Admin Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Sumif, Pivot Table)
• Strong administration and documentation capabilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work with precision, neatness, and attention to detail
• High initiative and ability to multitask
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• English language capability, minimum written proficiency
