Sales Administrator

£30,000 basic + performance bonus

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm

Clover Talent is exclusively partnered with a growing commercial finance brokerage in Leicester to find their next Sales Administrator. You'll work closely with the Managing Director and the broking team, keeping deals moving, systems tidy and the day running smoothly. No two days look the same, and that's the appeal.

Full training is given on Salesforce, their internal CRM and finance systems. Finance experience helps, but it isn't essential. Being organised, reliable and proactive matters more.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting brokers with finance applications, from preparing paperwork to submitting to lenders
• Preparing and raising finance documentation
• Chasing lenders and third parties for updates and outstanding information
• Keeping Salesforce and the internal CRM accurate and up to date
• Managing the Managing Director's diary, meetings and priorities
• Helping with invoicing and basic finance admin
• Supporting marketing activity and wider business projects
• Keeping files, records and the office organised

• Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
• Proactive and happy to take ownership of your work
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to juggle several priorities without dropping the ball
• Confident with Outlook and Excel, and quick to pick up new systems
• Professional, trustworthy and discreet
• Someone who enjoys the variety of a small, growing business
