Sales Administrator / Coordinator(Building Materials, Hong Kong-based)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Trade Officer to support our growing building materials export business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement from mainland factories, handling export documentation, and coordinating with both domestic suppliers and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of building materials from mainland suppliers

• Handle import/export documentation and ensure timely customs clearance

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners

• Conduct factory visits in mainland China for quality inspection and shipment coordination

• Communicate with overseas clients on orders, documentation, and delivery schedules

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, export, or international trade

• Tertiary educated or above in related disciplines

• Solid knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures

• Hands-on experience with freight forwarders and logistics partners

• Language proficiency: Mandarin is essential; English at a proficient level is required

• Ability to travel to mainland factories when required

• Proactive, detail- and result-oriented with strong commitment to achieve sales targets

• Experience in building materials or construction-related trade is highly preferred

• Holder of Hong Kong No. 2 driving licenses is preferred

• Familiar with ERP is highly preferred
