Sales Administrator (German or Spanish-Speaking)

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations in Germany or South America. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth processes, happy customers, and successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Handle incoming orders via email or EDI, ensuring accuracy in order details and invoices.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our Logistics department to guarantee timely product deliveries.
• Quotation processing: Help Key Account Manager to send quotations to our different customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update sales and customer records meticulously.
• Monthly Reports: Prepare monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish or German: proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish OR German is a plus.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
• Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and work well under deadlines.

Work Hours during Peak Season:

· During peak seasons, you’ll need to be flexible! Our German-speaking Sales Administrator will work odd hours, from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. This ensures we provide top-notch service to our clients when they need it most.
