Sales Administrator / Sales Support Assistant – Remote

Remote Assistants is looking for South African E-commerce Assistants interested in potential remote opportunities supporting international online businesses and brands.

We’re looking for digitally confident candidates who understand the day-to-day administration required to keep an online store running smoothly.

Responsibilities may include:

• Uploading products
• Updating product descriptions and pricing
• Processing and monitoring orders
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Managing returns and exchanges
• Updating inventory information
• Basic website administration
• Preparing promotional content
• Coordinating with fulfilment teams
• Maintaining product information
• Preparing reports
• Supporting online sales campaigns

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Takealot or other e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Experience with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, customer support systems, email marketing platforms or social media is also useful.

Candidates should be organised, digitally confident and comfortable learning new systems.
