Sales Administrator/Administrator

We seek a Full-Time Sales Administrator to provide support to our growing team in Virginia. This is a fast paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing quotes

• Processing & monitoring trials

• Processing & coordinating orders

• Point of contact for customers

• Providing Customer Service to all ILS customers as required

• Following up funding approval against open quotes

• Monitoring Open Orders

• Facilitate the quoting, rental and sale of products.

• Identify and facilitate referrals to other internal departments.

• Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Use Service Management System to log, update, follow-up, close and archive customer requests.
