Sales Administrator/Operation Coordinator

About the role

Inhesion Group-Malaysia is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Operation Coordinator professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia and will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our sales department.

What you'll be doing

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in our systems (ERP & SQL)
• Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of products
• Handle customer inquiries and provide fast feedback to client
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing order document and product matrix analysis
• Assist the operation team to improve the workflow and report to supervisor when the task pending

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in Microsoft Word and other Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in the product export / Manufacturing industry is preferred
