Sales Admin/Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience. This position will support our sales team, manage customer enquiries, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and providing a professional first impression
• Managing incoming calls, enquiries and customer appointments
• Supporting the sales team with administration and customer follow-ups
• Preparing and processing sales documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing general administrative support across the dealership
• Ensuring the showroom and customer areas are presented to a high standard
• Working closely with sales, service and parts teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

About you

You will be a friendly, organised and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• A professional and customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A current driver’s licence
