Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built around our promise: Love Them All. We manage our own production, warehouse, and delivery operations, serving retail, e-commerce, corporate, wholesale, and institutional customers across Singapore.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to manage orders from customer enquiry through to delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, gift cards, packing lists, and delivery documents.
• Follow up on payments and order-related matters.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics on fulfilment and deliveries.
• Handle order changes, postponements, and cancellations.
• Maintain customer records, order trackers, and stock information.
• Prepare sales reports and support corporate, bulk, and festive orders.
• Assist with sales projects and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; lookups and pivot tables are a plus.
• Able to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• F&B, retail, e-commerce, or logistics experience is an advantage.
