As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for our range of electric vehicles (EVs). What you'll be doing

• Engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored EV solutions
• Demonstrating and showcasing the features and benefits of our EV models to customers
• Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, EV technology, and industry developments
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any post-sales inquiries or concerns

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in electric vehicles and emerging mobility solutions
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a simple, engaging manner
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
