Sales advisor

The Sales Advisor at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is responsible for driving revenue through the promotion and sale of the company's real estate portfolio, including residential land, commercial properties, and infrastructure developments. This role acts as a bridge between high-net-worth individuals, investors, and prospective property owners, guiding them through smart real estate investments and land banking opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify, prospect, and engage potential individuals and corporate clients interested in real estate investment.

Utilize networking, direct outreach, digital marketing channels, and events to build a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Investment Advisory

Present and pitch Brit Properties’ estates, land schemes, and developments to prospective buyers.

Advise clients on suitable real estate options based on their financial goals, preferred locations, and investment capacity.

Conduct property site viewings and presentations to help buyers make informed decisions.

Negotiation & Deal Closing

Negotiate terms, handle client inquiries, and manage objections effectively to secure sales.

Guide clients through documentation, allocation procedures, and payment schedules to ensure seamless transaction completion.

Relationship & Portfolio Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.

Represent the brand with high ethical standards, ensuring transparent communication without misrepresentation or over-promising.

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
