About the role
We are looking for motivated, friendly and target-driven individuals to join our team as Perodua Sales Advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Perodua vehicles
- Attend to walk-in, online and referral customers
- Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions and financing options
- Arrange test drives and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
- Handle vehicle bookings, loan applications and related documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Generate new customer leads through networking and marketing activities
