About the role

WORLD CLASS MOTOR SDN. BHD. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Dealership Salesperson to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Dealership Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading automotive brand. What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised product recommendations
• Demonstrating and showcasing our range of vehicles to potential customers
• Closing sales by negotiating prices, handling contracts, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range, features, and industry developments
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent after-sales support and follow-up with customers
• Collaborating with the wider dealership team to contribute to overall business success

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation, closing deals, and after-sales support
• A motivated and driven attitude, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• A valid driver's license and a passion for the automotive industry
