SALES ADVISOR

About the role

As a Sales Advisor, you will connect with customers, understand their needs and guide them towards the right vehicle while building strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Chery vehicles to prospective customers.
• Attend to showroom walk-ins, online enquiries, referrals and sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models, specifications and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Coordinate financing, insurance, vehicle registration, documentation and delivery arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales follow-up.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media and personal sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and other KPIs set by the company.

About you

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers both online and face-to-face.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Experience in automotive sales or other sales-related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
