About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at RUBINO INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role is integral to our commercial success and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Present product and service offerings to prospects in a compelling and professional manner, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals that address client requirements and expectations
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
• Keep updated on products, market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, customer service, and management to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Recommend suitable marble, granite, sintered stone and other related products.
• Support and maintain the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards
• Preferred: Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Preferred: Fluency in Malay, English, and Mandarin languages
