Sales Advisor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outstanding and personalised customer service by greeting, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend products and deliver expert advice based on customer preferences and needs
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product range, pricing, industry trends, and company policies
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and overall store presentation
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and share best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement
• Solid product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features and benefits
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
