• Warmly greet and welcome all walk-in customers to the Kärcher Center.
• Actively listen to customer needs and challenges, utilizing deep product expertise to recommend tailored cleaning solutions.
• Maximize sales potential through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and recommending relevant add-ons or accessories.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual individual and store sales targets.
• Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Manage the backend operations of the online shop to ensure seamless order handling, maintaining top-tier accuracy and speed in processing, picking, packing, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily order dispatches directly with appointed last-mile courier partners to guarantee timely delivery.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including Till Point management (cash, cards, checks, and daily reconciliation).
• Manage daily stock replenishment and uphold strict Kärcher merchandising standards by keeping product displays, marketing collateral, and demonstration units spotless and fully organized.
• Conduct live product demonstrations safely and effectively to showcase technical capabilities.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy, speed, and a high level of customer-centricity.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Sales experience in retail or consultative roles, ideally within the technical, appliance, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience navigating e-commerce backend platforms.
• Proficient with POS software, online order management, and shipping/courier tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across messaging platforms, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Results-oriented and highly accountable, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the Kärcher brand.
• Strong personal leadership, individual accountability, and ownership of daily results.
