About the role

Al Habshee Car Rental is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy communicating with customers, have a passion for sales, and want the opportunity to earn more through commission, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
• Recommend suitable rental vehicles and packages based on customers' needs.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage and record customer bookings accurately.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Identify opportunities to generate new customers and increase sales.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth rental and vehicle handover process.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

About you

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Confident in communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Sales-driven and willing to consistently follow up with potential customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, positive, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
