SALES ADVISOR

About the role

Sell and promote a wide range of Toyota vehicles to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from pre-sales consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote a wide range of Toyota vehicles to achieve sales targets and expand market reach
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from pre-sales consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales support
• Assist customers with vehicle servicing appointments after vehicle delivery
• Assist customers with road tax and insurance renewal services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Actively promote Toyota vehicles and sales campaigns through online and social media platforms

About you

• Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Active on social media and able to develop a customer network through online marketing
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Dynamic, confident, charismatic and customer-oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, motivated and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
