What You’ll Do

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Utilise social media, online platforms and personal networks to generate new leads.

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their car-buying journey.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle based on their lifestyle and budget.

• Handle enquiries, quotations, test drives, follow-ups and sales documentation.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Follow up with potential customers and turn enquiries into successful sales.

• Stay updated on vehicle models, features, promotions and financing packages.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Preferably 25–40 years old, with maturity, energy and strong sales drive.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Preferably living or working within 10km of the Klang outlet.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Willing to prospect, follow up, build referrals and generate leads.
• Able to use social media to promote products, promotions and personal sales content.
• Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong follow-up discipline with good daily activity management and CRM compliance.
• Willing to participate in roadshows, weekend activities and team initiatives.
• Demonstrates career stability and genuine long-term interest in automotive sales.
