Europit Tyres is looking for a highly motivated Phone-Based Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while converting enquiries into sales and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable tyres and services
• Provide accurate pricing and product information
• Convert enquiries into sales and confirmed bookings
• Coordinate appointments with the appropriate Europit Tyres branch
• Liaise between customers and branch teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information
• Follow up on enquiries when required
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous motor trade or tyre industry experience is highly desirable
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-focused
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Confident using computer systems to prepare quotes and manage bookings

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional to become an important part of the Europit Tyres team.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
