Sales Advisor -

About the role

This is a full-time position in car sales at Seng Cars World. You will promote and sell used cars/vehicles, serve walk-in customers and respond to online customer inquiries, and guide customers through the entire process from sales assessment, test drive to loan application management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell used cars/vehicles
• Serve walk-in customers and respond to online customer inquiries
• Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs
• Guide customers throughout the process, from sales/assessment, test drive to loan application management
• Prepare all relevant records and documents to ensure transactions run smoothly
• Provide after-sales service
• Achieve KPIs set by the sales department
• Create and publish social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace)

About you

• Own transportation and valid driving license
• Able to communicate basic Chinese/Malay
• Work experience is prioritised, however new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Willing to learn, willing to work hard and willing to earn high income
