Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Previous sales/telesales experience preferred.
• Malayalam fluency required; basic English communication preferred.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply (Salary will be different).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and generate sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and business clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
