Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our automotive sales team. You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry and test drive to booking and vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to showroom, online and sales enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with bookings, financing, insurance and related documentation.
• Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
• Keep up to date with vehicle products, promotions and industry developments.
• Support roadshows, events and other sales activities when required.
• Participate in photo and video shoots for the company's marketing and social media activities when required.

About you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable appearing in photo and video content for marketing purposes.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Willing to learn about automotive products and EV technology.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Previous automotive or sales experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
