Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance against goals. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing customers and hair care product retail partners. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotions, ensure adequate hair product availability, and support hair care brand positioning in the market. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, training sales staff, and ensuring that customer feedback is effectively addressed to improve hair care services and product offerings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of expereince in sales
• field or BPO industry both
• Good communication skill
