Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
• Manage billing and basic store operations as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support the team in achieving overall store sales and business goals.
• Maintain stock and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior sales/retail experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and confident personality.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the Mohali location.
