Sales Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our winning team at a jewellery retail outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting jewellery products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a passion for sales, and is motivated to build a career in the retail jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand their jewellery needs.
• Recommend suitable products and provide professional product advice.
• Promote jewellery products, promotions, and special offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Ensure the sales area and product displays are clean and presentable.
• Assist with daily retail operations and other duties as required.
• Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, confident, and sales-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.

What We're Looking For:
A positive and motivated individual who enjoys meeting customers, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about achieving sales results. Experience in jewellery retail is an advantage but not essential.
