JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES ADVISOR

Position: Sales Advisor

Position Details

• Gender: Male / Female
• Education: Graduate
• Age: 20–30 Years
• Experience: 0–5 years in the retail industry, preferably from Apparels, Hospitality, Jewelry, or Cosmetics
• Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a charismatic and pleasing personality and assist customers with their buying choices.
• Apply academic and styling knowledge to assist customers.
• Understand customer needs, tastes, and preferences and guide them accordingly.
• Assist customers in decision-making and successfully convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Pleasantly greet walk-in customers and assist them at the respective counter.
• Demonstrate strong customer-handling skills and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints and grievances effectively.
• Provide effective pre-sale and post-sale assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Other Requirements

• Trustworthy, with impeccable integrity and sound work ethics.
• Dynamic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
• Should have good references.
• Should be able to travel to the work location within 30 minutes.
