💼 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Handle sales inquiries through phone, email, online channels, or in person.

✅ Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into sales.

✅ Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer records.

✅ Maintain accurate information in CRM and sales systems.

✅ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

✅ Stay updated on products, services, market trends, and customer preferences.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

✔️ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a similar role.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

✔️ Confident negotiation and presentation skills.

✔️ Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ UAE sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
