Sales Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Attract and create interest among customers through effective communication and product presentation.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers consistently to convert inquiries into sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotions to customers.
• Participate in roadshows, events and other promotional activities as needed.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitors and current promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads and sales follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM, Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Good knowledge and genuine interest in EV vehicles and the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and highly motivated to achieve targets.
• Possess valid driving license.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for events and roadshows.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, EV sales, or outbound cold calling will be an added advantage.
