Sales Advisor

• Prospect, promote, and achieve motorcycle sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide professional product consultation and recommend suitable motorcycles and related products based on customers' needs.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, financing applications, down payment collections, and ensure timely completion of sales documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor the motorcycle registration process to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure all motorcycles are clean, roadworthy, and in excellent condition before handover.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service and support.
• Participate in sales promotions, roadshows, marketing campaigns, and showroom activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and maintain proper customer records.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales industry.
• Candidates with motorcycle / motor vehicle sales experience are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good prospecting, sales and customer follow-up abilities.
• Able to create and manage basic social media/content, particularly through platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Penang / Perai market would be an added advantage.
