We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Fenwick, Kensington.

Working alongside the Shop Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high retail standards and helping drive sales performance. You'll be a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and leaves with a positive impression of both our products and service.

This position involves working 5 days per week, including regular weekend and Bank Holiday working.

All About You

You'll enjoy being on the shop floor and genuinely love helping customers. Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic, you'll naturally take the time to understand customers' needs and help them discover the right products in a way that feels authentic and personal.

You'll take pride in creating an attractive shopping environment, maintaining excellent standards across the concession and paying attention to the details that make a difference. You'll be someone who enjoys staying busy, notices what needs to be done and takes initiative to get things done.

Reliable and hands-on, you'll work closely with the Shop Manager to support the day-to-day running of the concession, contributing to a positive team environment and a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the performance of the shop by contributing to sales through a friendly, engaging and customer focused approach.

· Be a positive and approachable presence on the shop floor, helping create a warm and consistent customer experience.

· Take the time to understand what customers are looking for, offering product advice in a natural, helpful way.

· Take pride in the appearance of the shop, keeping standards high and ensuring the space is always well presented and ready for customers.

· Support with stock deliveries, replenishment and keeping the shop floor fully stocked and organised.

· Stay proactive on the shop floor, spotting what needs doing and getting on with tasks.

· Work closely with the Shop Manager to keep the shop running smoothly, supporting day to day organisation and priorities.

· Handle transactions accurately and confidently, following all company processes.

· Build a good working relationship with the Fenwick store team, contributing to a positive and professional in store presence.

· Follow company processes and ways of working, maintaining a consistent and reliable approach.

· Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times.

Experience, Requirements & Attributes

· Previous experience in a retail or customer facing role.

· A natural interest in working with customers and delivering a high quality experience.

· Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily.

· A proactive and reliable approach, with good attention to detail.

· Willingness to take a hands on approach and support all aspects of shop operations.

· Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

· Flexibility to travel as you will be invited to join our Head Office for training.

· A genuine interest in home interiors and lifestyle brands is an advantage.

· The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
