We operate leading business-for-sale marketplaces (like Idealista but for businessess for sale) in Sweden (Bolagsplatsen.se), Finland (Yritysporssi.fi), and are now expanding into Portugal. Together, we have helped over 10,000 business owners sell their companies.

We are now looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Advisor to help us grow in Portugal.

What you will be selling

Our service helps entrepreneurs prepare and market their businesses for sale, including:

• Business valuations to help owners understand what their company is worth.
• Advertising on our marketplace to connect sellers with potential buyers.

No cold calling. No prospecting. All leads are warm and inbound. You'll speak with business owners who have already expressed interest in selling their companies.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role with short sales cycles, clear targets, and significant earning potential. This is not traditional relationship sales. It's not cold calling. And it's not a role for average performers.

• 100% warm inbound leads – no cold outreach or lead generation.
• Short sales cycles – typically 3–5 days from first contact to close.
• Phone-based sales – build trust, explain our offering, and close deals over the phone.
• High activity and clear KPIs – performance is measured, recognised, and rewarded.
• Full ownership – manage your leads from initial conversation to closed sale.

Your mission is straightforward: understand the customer's needs, simplify the sales process, and close the deal fast.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an exceptional sales performer who loves winning, thrives under pressure, clear targets and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

You should have:

• A proven track record of sales success – consistently exceeding targets, ranking among the top performers in your team, and being able to demonstrate your results with numbers.
• A competitive mindset – you enjoy clear targets, high expectations, and being rewarded for performance.
• Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex services in a simple, convincing, and trustworthy way.
• A strong work ethic – you are disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• A background in competitive sports or another performance-driven environment is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Portuguese and conversational English.
