SALES ADVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the sales team at DEE Z ONE AUTO SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers visiting the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assess customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to prospective buyers
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to close sales deals effectively
• Process sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing techniques
• Customer service orientation with a genuine interest in meeting customer needs
• Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets consistently
• Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and automotive industry trends
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using sales software and computer systems
• Valid driving licence and ability to conduct test drives
• Fluency in Malay and English (additional languages are advantageous)
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude towards customer service
