SALES ADVISOR (LHM ONE STOP SENDAYAN)

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget. Explains vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions, conducts test drives, follows up with potential customers, negotiates sales, and works towards achieving monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customer and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process and documentations.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree (preferred).
• Below 40 years old.
• Sales experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive vehicles
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented with a team-player mindset.
