SALES ADVISOR (MAN ONLY)

About the role

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team in Klebang, Melaka. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. This role is pivotal to our business success, directly contributing to revenue targets and customer satisfaction objectives. You will work on-site at our Klebang location, engaging with customers and building lasting business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Present vehicle features, specifications and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase product capabilities
• Prepare and present quotations and financing options to prospective customers
• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maximise conversion rates
• Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about current vehicle models, promotions and pricing strategies
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and build customer loyalty
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive sales environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
• Result-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and confident personality with resilience to handle objections
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team
• Knowledge of automotive products or willingness to develop product expertise
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Valid driving licence (preferred)
• Fluency in Malay and English; additional languages are advantageous
